Martin Kreuzer

Bio

Martin Kreuzer is a research assistant at the Institute of Music Science (Cologne Systematic Musicology Lab) at the University of Cologne. Before, he was affiliated with the Institute of Music and Musicology at the Technical University of Dortmund and the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences in the field of teaching development with a focus on inclusion. He previously studied music and physical education at the TU. Currently, he is doing his PhD on the topic of “Music in the moment”, where he empirically investigates different spatial and temporal aspects of live music experience. During his PhD, he is an active touring musician, and was a(n) (instrumental) teacher, and streaming content curator (takt1.de).
